2. Information on this website
We take great care to ensure that the information on this website is accurate, complete and up to date. However, Artwallcollection cannot guarantee that all information is at all times free of error. No rights can be derived from the content of this website. Artwallcollection is not liable for any damages arising from the use of this website, or from its temporary unavailability.
3. Colour rendering and material experience
Our wallcoverings, wallpaper collections and artworks are presented on this website through digital images. Due to differences in screens, browsers and lighting conditions, colours, textures and details may appear differently on screen than in the final product. We therefore recommend that customers request a sample, or visit our showroom in Arnhem, before ordering custom wallcoverings.
4. Made-to-order products and returns
A large part of our products — including all seamless wallcoverings and wallpaper on the roll — is made to order. This means that each item is printed, woven and cut to size specifically for you, and cannot be resold.
Under Article 6:230p(f) of the Dutch Civil Code, products manufactured to the consumer's specifications, or clearly intended for a specific person, are excluded from the right of withdrawal or return. Orders for custom wallcoverings are final once confirmed, and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
The only exceptions are:
- Products delivered incorrectly by Artwallcollection (wrong design, wrong dimensions, wrong material)
- Products that arrive visibly damaged due to transport or production
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@artwallcollection.com, including photographs. We will then work with you as quickly as possible to find an appropriate solution — replacement, repair or, if neither is possible, a refund.
5. Intellectual property
All designs, images, texts and patterns on this website are the property of Artwallcollection and/or its creators, and are protected by copyright law. No part of this website may be reproduced, stored or made public without the prior written consent of Artwallcollection.

7. Applicable law
The use of this website is governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Artwallcollection is based.
